How do I create a group?
Go to the Feed tab, tap the group selector at the top, then tap "Create Group". Share the invite code with your friends so they can join.
How do I join a group?
Tap the group selector in the Feed tab and choose "Join Group". Enter the 6-character invite code shared by the group owner.
My premium subscription is not being recognized.
Go to your Profile and tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact us at raidrdev@gmail.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. Alternatively, email us at raidrdev@gmail.com and we will delete it manually within 48 hours.
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.
Make sure you are on the latest version of PoopIt from the App Store. If the issue continues, send us a description of what happened to raidrdev@gmail.com.
